This hotel was amazing! Very clean room and the AC was great, especially with it being so hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was very good and you could order a cappuccino at the table and they would have it for you in a few minutes. The hotel was very clean and well situated in the city with everything within close range. For those from the US a Starbucks and McDonalds was within minutes, lol. Getting from the train station and ferries were so close to the hotel which was very helpful. We would definitely stay again while in Venice.!!

Hotel is very central, easy walking to the water bus stop, rialto bridge and st marks square. Rooms are clean and the staff are helpful. Great to have a continental breakfast included. The rooms have air conditioning, but despite this we’re very warm. The bathroom is smelly, not sure if that is just a Venice issue in general as opposed to this specific hotel or room. Had a lovely stay.

Great location. In a busy area. Best part is that it is right on a small canal for easy drop off and pick up for water taxi so you don't have to wobble/schlep all over Venice streets with luggage.
