A very well-located hotel that follows the pattern of others in Venice: an old but well-maintained building. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the hotel DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. This information was not communicated correctly, nor was it highlighted as it should have been in the Hotels.com description. I felt misled. Had I known this, I would not have booked. During the night, the air conditioner began to condense and leak water onto the bedroom floor. Since it was 10:30 PM, there was no way to call for maintenance, so I had to turn it off.

Very nice, small little boutique hotel. It’s in a highly available location. Absolutely everything is on your doorstep in this amazing city. I’d happily stay here again. If you like big grand hotels you won’t get any in this area of Venice and to be honest it’s all about location and a decent hotel which this place is.

We had a lovely stay. The location was excellent — central enough to explore Venice easily while still feeling tucked away from the busiest areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and breakfast each morning was pleasant and well organised. The only reason for the 4-star rating is the size of the room. To be fair, this wasn't a surprise and was accurately disclosed when booking, but travelling with suitcases meant the space felt quite tight and we often found ourselves stepping over luggage. Aside from that, everything met expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A great option for anyone looking for a well-located, charming base in Venice.

Arriving from the train station couldn’t be easier. Take the Grand Canal ferry (Furrova B) just outside the station to Rialto D stop. It is a quick 4 minute walk and you have arrived at a picturesque canal steps/corner. You are also a very quick walk to St Mark’s square. Perfect location. The door to enter the hotel is on the side of the building in a middle of a restaurant patio. Lovely stay, welcome gift, rooftop patio is a plus.
