Cute old-timey hotel with nice location

The location is great with easy access to the vaporetti stop Zattere or Accademia. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a hotel with a nostalgic/historic atmosphere, so not for the ones interested in minimalistic modern hotels. They have a small elevator and aircondition which is great. The only thing to comment on is that the shower appliances were a bit shabby/run down. But all in all it can give you "A room with a view”-vibes. :)

Friendly, comfy spot

This is a nice spot with friendly owners/ staff. We enjoyed it. It's outside of the main tourist area but convenient to the water bus which takes you everywhere. There are restaurants nearby too. My only little issue is that the beds were more like cots. Otherwise, if you like small, boutique, friendly hotels, this is a lovely place.

Great staff. I arrived early and could store my luggage. I was even offered to take a shower. Had a nice walk and could still checkin 2 hours early Great location in Dorsoduro overlooking the Guidecca channel. This is where the sunsets are! Close walk to everything, yet enough distance to the bug crowds
