Very good and convenient business hotel, closely located to Tokyo Shinkansen Station. The room was very dry despite turning on the humidifier and the sun blinds need to be lower to cover the bottom of the window as the morning sun was very bright.
Although rooms are small (= Japan), it was luxurious, comfortable, quiet, hot shower, nice city view, heat/AC was easy to adjust, good WiFi, easy alarm clock, new bottles of water in mini-fridge everyday. I would stay here again.
A little hard to find with gps on the phone because the address is shared with so many other places and it's right next to the bus depot section of the Tokyo Train Station. For the same reason Taxi and Uber drivers have a difficult time finding it too. The lobby is on the 27th floor. The hotel rooms are 27th floor and above. The views are stunning. The lobby is elegant. The rooms are comfortable and relatively good in size for a Tokyo hotel room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I had a great view of the east from my 31st floor room. It's a nice touch to have coffee and tea and PJs available in the room too. I would stay here again.
Room is small and the decoration is a bit old. Service is like a basic hotel service level and doesn't seems to be fall into any 3.5/4* hotel.
Very small but I guess most rooms in Japan are. Good views. Close to Tokyo station, but pretty tricky to navigate the station to find it.
Location right next to Tokyo station (though if you google maps it, use the name of hotel, not the address, which points somewhere else for some reason). Head for the Nihonbashi exit and you'll be be meters from the hotel building entrance. International hotel sized rooms (vs usual small Japan-sized rooms), quality interiors, fun model train in hotel lobby. Puny gym (3 or 4 aerobics machines only), but then 90%+ of Japanese hotels do not have any gym.
Great location near Tokyo station. There isn’t much to do around the area so it is quiet (aside from the rumblings of the train if you listen really hard). Rooms are slightly small but beds are comfortable. Pyjamas are included as well as the daily paper (in English). Water replenished every day. The hotel had activities on when we were there and we got to have free sake and mochi (and we got to participate in the pounding of the mochi!) for New Years. Overall, a lovely hotel.
Super quiet, convenient, very comfortable bed. Excellent staff.
Great location next to Tokyo Station - restaurants nearby. English speaking staff is very helpful. Rooms clean and very comfortable.
The staff is very helpful and courteous. The room was very small. But overall comfortable. Great location for our needs.
