our stay for one night in germany was comfortable but we were a little disappointed by the lack of drinking water and tea making facilities in the rooms.

Read positive reviews about the hotel however located in unsafe area of town. Used train and bus to reach hotel and didn’t feel comfortable at all. Room was very noisy as well and couldn’t sleep due to notice from adjourning room. Staff was very cold and uninviting.

Je n'ai pas la première fois que je vais dans cette chaîne d'hôtel j'ai déjà dormi dans différentes villes Motel One Hamburg - Altona ma très déçu, l'isolation phonique est une catastrophe. On entend les voitures qui passent toute la nuit Chambre qui données sur la rue, sans parler des Porte qui claquent, je n'ai presque pas fermé l'œil de la nuit je retourne plus dans cet hôtel

Das Zimmer was wir hatten war so extrem klein, das in der Toilette die Dusche mit drinnen war das Waschbecken war mitten im Zimmer! Keine Möglichkeit etwas abzulegen . Keine Nachttische am Bett . Sehr Hellhörig habe meine Bekannte die drei Zimmer weiter war Husten gehört. Wir würden nie wieder in dem Hotel übernachten.

Ein frisches "gereinigtes" Zimmer sollte schon einen sauberen Bettbezug haben. Die Dusche hatte an der Duscheseite einen Sprung in der Kachel und stand hervor. Ansonsten Personal freundlich Getränke generell teurer als in Restaurant Flasche 0,7 Liter Wasser 6 Euro, Cafe Crema 3,50 - OK vielleicht halt dem geschuldet das es im Hotel an Extras teurer ist.
