The entire resort was clean and well maintained. From the moment of check-in to check-out all staff were helpful and courteous. 24/7 assistance was great. Several times we had requests for items in our room and they were delicered promptly making our stay that much smoother. Will definitely stay here again with future trips to the Orlando area.

Great short stay, primarily for a shopping trip. Ease of access to outlets was amazing. We arrived at approx 10am from a Disney Cruise and were delighted when the receptionist gave us a room immediately, no extra charge. Beverages and food from the Pool Bar were very tasty and not particularly over-priced. Will stay again.

8/10 Very good

Nice resort to relax and enjoy family and friends. We stayed in a 2br Villa that had lots of room kitchen, living room and patio. We were able to walk to the Outdoor Outlet mall next door which was nice. In the evening the parking could be a little crowded but overall a great resort for a fair price and break from the crowds in the theme parks
