We arrived for them to tell us the hotel was closed because the systems were down. No one called to tell us so we could make a new reservation elsewhere. No apology, no trying to help us find a place or offer of a discount for another stay. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend in case you show up and they are closed and dont bother to let you know. We stayed at hotel next door and customer service was great!! I highly recommend them!!

I am not at all a picky person and usually just look for the cheapest room when I just need something for 1 night but this place is horrible. It’s dirty, run down, elevators are all broke so had to carry luggage up to 3rd floor, “continental breakfast” consisted of Little Debbi muffins and corn flakes. The room had an extremely foul odor that I couldn’t quite put my finger on. It reminded me of sulfur but not sure why it would have such a strong sulfur smell. The only positive thing I can say was that the bed was firm.

I like to stay at locally owned hotels to help small business owners, but my decision to stay here was not a good one. The hotel is out of date and while they are working on it it needs a lot. We had to change rooms because the room we were put in had a hole in the window with a board taped to it that was large enough for a person to crawl in through. At first they said that they would not be able to move me and I asked for a refund and they found me another room instead. The cleanliness of the places was only so so, and the pool was closed on the weekend.
