Front desk doesn’t understand some English. The room itself was good. The TV doesn’t have Netflix, even though it has it on the remote. The TV doesn’t have casting either, so you’re stuck with everything in Italian. The restaurant downstairs isn’t the best. I went there for lunch and the waitress/host was very helpful, but for dinner they switched the staff and that’s where it went downhill. They had me sitting there for 30 minutes with not even any water or bread. That should be the first thing you get when you sit at a table. I had gotten up and left because I didn’t want to wait anymore. Continental breakfast was horrible. The food was all cold. You’re better off with the baked good they provide. There was not many options for those who have celiac, which is surprising. Overall, I would not stay there again.
