We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is dated and the common areas are not very clean or maintained, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The ocean is beautiful and the have 3 pools. We were happy overall with the stay.

Great location. Great view of ocean from balcony. Three pools. Large room with kitchenette. Under some renovations to the outside area but pools still accessible. A small Tiki bar overlooking the ocean.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It's a older place that's being renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the location and will come back after the renovation is complete.

Surprise visit

We had a great time. Perry’s was a nice place to visit and go down to the beach. Our room was excellent . The overall rating is “on going” as renovation is taking place. We were pleasantly surprised with the resort given weather related repairs and renovation.

Great experience overall. Hotel is a bit outdated but the beds are comfortable and they are in the process of updating the grounds around the resort so hopefully by the next visit the updates will be done. Michelle at the front desk is awesome!

Excellent value for the money!

I booked an ocean front efficiency room on the same day I arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised; it was a large room with two beds, a desk, loveseat, and a separate kitchen. It is an older hotel, but the room was very clean and comfortable. I was able to prepare my own meals from the brightly lit kitchen and relax and take great pictures from my balcony when I wasn’t at the beach. As an added bonus, the staff is very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I’ve paid a lot more for a terrible view at the Marriott, and the rooms are outdated for what they charge. Perry’s offers a spacious, clean room with a kitchen and an oceanfront view for a great price!

Building is very outdated. Parking is horrible and elevators went out a couple of times. Reason we stayed was the room was very clean and had a very nice view of the beach. Beds were not as confortable though. Price was high, definitely not what we were expecting.

Needs improvements

Not so good, needs repairs and clean management. The curtains have mold. The edges of the bed and the bedside tables were dusty. You can't walk barefoot in the room because you end up with tremendously dirty feet. Nice ocean view!

This property apparently suffered hurricane damage and needs A LOT of work. Doors to rooms, hallways, entire outside area all need serious work. The inside hot tub only had 3 jets working. ON the plus side, the front desk person was VERY nice and helpful .
