All the staff in the hotel are very kind and helpful. The people serving in the food place are so kind , professional and helpful . Everywhere is very clean. Loved the hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, large and very comfortable. The pool, gardens and beach were wonderful. Everything felt well looked after and the highlight was the food in the buffet restaurant which was amazing. Over our four day stay there was a huge amount of choice, excellent staff and fresh dishes. Everything we had was of excellent quality. We visited at a fairly quiet time in early March and were lucky with the weather, overall, the hotel is one we would definitely return to.

All the staff were attentive and helpful. We had a very enjoyable holiday. The food and drinks were of good quality. The only negative thing to mention is that you can wait in long lines for food and drinks during busy periods. However, this wasn't a problem for us. My 5-year-old son had a lot of fun. I would like to thank the Kids Club staff and the reception staff separately.

I travel frequently, but I can honestly say the staff at your hotel are among the best I have experienced. Their friendliness, professionalism and genuine willingness to ensure every guest feels happy and well looked after really stood out. A special mention goes to Fatima, Gökhan, Sami, Mimet, Matt and Saadettin for their exceptional service. The Italian and Steak House à la carte restaurants were also fantastic and a real highlight of our stay.

We stayed at Concorde De Luxe Resort Lara Antalya for four days as a group of over 30 people (7 families!) in mid Jul-26. We had heard so much about Concorde and wanted to experience it and finally got the opportunity to stay there. July is a busy period and the hotel was fully booked. It is only 20-25 mins away from airport. When we entered the hotel, it did not give us a wow feeling. We have stayed at quite a few other hotels in Antalya and the hotel entrance can give you a good sense of grandeur but we were not really impressed with Concorde. The check in process was reasonably fast and as we had arrived an hour earlier, we were told that we can leave our luggage at the reception, go and have lunch and use the facilities and when ready come back to take the room key. We were given the room on 5th floor facing the main road. The room was spacious, clean and modern. There was also a small portion within the room with cupboard where you can leave your suitcases and close the door so you don’t see your luggage lying around in the room. Iron with ironing board was available in the room already. Beds and pillows were comfortable although found the pillows quite puffy. We asked for firm pillows but were told that they did not have any. As the temperature was very high in July, we felt the AC was not working properly in the room. Because we had 9 other rooms to compare with, we realised that there was something definitely wrong with the AC in our room will get quite warm and th

A FAMILY GUIDE: I you have a couple of kids, no other resort is comparable to Concorde de luxe. I want you to know where you are going to. I have seen lots of resorts in Antalya, but concorde is the only real family friendly resort. there lots of real facilities and diversities (v.s. other resorts' fake kids offers) they are truely engage with making what you want. this is a UALL resort that does not hesisate. they provide high quality food, bevrages and even high quality amusement programs for kids in their specialized kids club. The most interesting part of that is the other guests. you dont see a group of drunk man nearby. they are all just families seeking relax, while they are sure the kids are cared by professional nurses at the kids club. I want to send warm thanks specially to the staff of reception (Unur) and the restaurant (Memlik & Mehmet) who were really assisstive and did their best to make my family enjoy every second of it.

It was our anniversary, so they gave us a complimentary dinner & cake at the Italian restaurant, which was excellent and memorable (Da Vinci restaurant). Fatima from Guest Relations and also other staff were very cooperative and friendly. Clean rooms and resort. The food tasted amazing and had lots of variety. Patisserie was great, the coffee and tea were always good, and it was our favourite place to come to. Also had loads of Turkish tea with lemon. Spa and the Turkish hammam were comfortable and perfect in winter. Live music in the lounge was fun. The beach was very clean and well-maintained. Excellent experience overall.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Concorde Deluxe Resort. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The resort was exceptionally clean, and every staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and always eager to help whenever needed. The hotel is very child-friendly, making it a perfect choice for families. The food was simply amazing — a wide variety, excellent quality, and truly high standards in every meal. Everything felt well thought out and perfectly managed. What made the experience even more special was the breathtaking nature. The combination of mountains and sea created a stunning view, and the lush green areas around the resort were fascinating and incredibly relaxing. Overall, everything was top-class, and I couldn’t have imagined higher standards. I would highly recommend Concorde Deluxe Resort and would happily return again.

We had a very great time. Overall customer service was very great. Also the food was very good. Only point is that there was no air conditioner functioning in the room. When checked with reception, the answer was it's controlled centrally and turned off due to winters. The issue is if someone needs air conditioner they should have the option to turn it on in the room and it should not be centrally controlled. Other than air conditioner, it was a very great experience.

Tips for Families with small kids: I have seen many resorts in Antalya (+ Lara) and I say Concorde is the best one among all of them for families with small kids. And here is why: Everything in Concorde resort is designed in way that is suitable for families with kids. They have indoor and outdoor play area and a play house you can safely leave kids unattended because they have professional staff caring your little ones. They have concerts and baby disco everynight so there is no worry about kids. Most people here are families with kids so you don't feel unattached to other guests as they are just like you, and all guests"understand" you when kids do something wrong. It is really important. For example if your kid drop a fork in Rixxos restaurant, every other guests would look at you like they think your kid is disturbing their peace; but in Concorde all guests and staffs are highly educated and understand difficulty of kids and most have their own here. Btw, the main restaurant has special place for kids with special menu so your little one will enjoy a specially design corner with other kids on chairs and tables which are suitable for them, (other resorts just put a high chair, but Concorde specifically designed Charis tables even buffets and dishes for children). If you have a kid around 3~ 13 yo, don't miss the Concorde. I had many many experience and this one is the best among all Even they have small stage in front of bar to facilitate kids provide their orders

I stayed in the resort in December 26th to the 31st and here is my honest review: Room - could be cleaner, the walls in the bathroom facing the toilet was not the cleanest. However the cleaners attitude was very nice the lady that cleaned the rooms was very nice. Food- by far the best I have had- and I have been to a lot of places including Titanic, limak Lara, Adalya etc. I do go to Antalya sometime twice a year for a break. Spa - now this is where the disappointment kicks in - I was dressed in a burkini, and where this was generally not a problem however another customer had a problem with this and I was told to leave the spa by spa staff. When I complained about this to customer relations they where outstanding in there response, Tulay, the customer relations manager made me feel validated and did everything she could to rectify the mistake to the point that the Spa manager met me and apologised on behalf of the staff at the spa. In all honesty I would have ticked off this resort from my list of never to visit again, but due to the way Tulay and the Senior managers dealt with my complaint I think I may give another chance and also because the food was excellent.
