"Outstanding hotel with amazing staff. "

"Overall good value for money and a nice hotel. Didn’t get my room cleaned for 3 days leaving me without clean towels. Although the housekeepers did come, they came at 9am every day, I was still in bed so asked them to come back but they never did. I appreciate they may not of been able to understand me as I can’t speak Turkish so that would have been fully understandable. On the 3rd day I called guest services and politely informed them that my room hadn’t been serviced for 3 days. She told me she would send someone immediately. I left the room and came back three hours later hoping for a shower but nobody had been. In the end I had to call guest services again. I was told someone should have been but she would send someone again. They came about 10 minutes later by which time I had cleaned my room and put all the rubbish and dirty towels outside the room so I just took fresh towels off them. Guest services were responsive after this and my room did get serviced daily with the amenities that I needed."

"Tips for Families with small kids: I have seen many resorts in Antalya (+ Lara) and I say Concorde is the best one among all of them for families with small kids. And here is why: Everything in Concorde resort is designed in way that is suitable for families with kids. They have indoor and outdoor play area and a play house you can safely leave kids unattended because they have professional staff caring your little ones. They have concerts and baby disco everynight so there is no worry about kids. Most people here are families with kids so you don't feel unattached to other guests as they are just like you, and all guests"understand" you when kids do something wrong. It is really important. For example if your kid drop a fork in Rixxos restaurant, every other guests would look at you like they think your kid is disturbing their peace; but in Concorde all guests and staffs are highly educated and understand difficulty of kids and most have their own here. Btw, the main restaurant has special place for kids with special menu so your little one will enjoy a specially design corner with other kids on chairs and tables which are suitable for them, (other resorts just put a high chair, but Concorde specifically designed Charis tables even buffets and dishes for children). If you have a kid around 3~ 13 yo, don't miss the Concorde. I had many many experience and this one is the best among all Even they have small stage in front of bar to facilitate kids provide their orders"
