The first hotel that charges even for shampoo! Absolutely nonsense. I do not recommend them s hotel
A good hotel, a 4 starts mai be more true. Don’t be embarrassed to ask for all you need, otherwise you’ll be disappointed. ( We need to ask for soap 3 days in a row, tooth kit, room coffee, clean room after 12 o’clock ... ). The all inclusive food menu is good to grate, but the drinks are horrible. The location is great, near old city ( 300 m) with lots of shops, restaurant ... The spa is very good ( clean, nice, good massage) ( a little pricey, but all hotel spa are ) The free parking is at level-4, be prepared to drive on 2 very sloping slopes or use the free valet($) service. Access to the sea can be done by SPA (level 5, served only by 2 elevators) and a cool tunnel by the rock directly on the pontoon (there is no sandy beach). This access is the most enjoyable access I've ever encountered.
Everything was either closed or closing early. With no service even within operating hours. Had to call the hotel using cell phone to try to get a hold of a person. Hotel gave weird reasons for the closure of spaces like indoor gameroom( such as its due to the winter season). Room service delivered us cold food ok multiple occasions. In the evening we called the reception/housekeeping for some extra coffee they said they will send it we waited but there was no service for that also.
Good hotel in general, the gym is better than average hotel gym that’s why I picked it and the whole spa area is very nice, amazing pool views with some lower decks that have stairs going directly in to the ocean, breakfast food was good but lunch and dinner I personally preferred outside, the location is perfect only 5 min walk to old town and all the cafes and restaurants if you walk deep in to old town you find the best fish houses, if you only want the short walk then Gastro bar sushi is very close and it was definitely top 3 sushi I ever had and they have a very complete menu... friendly staff. tours can be booked at the lobby very easy, the drinks in the all inclusive were not so good from what I saw, I just bought a few drinks at the bar and some beer so for that probably better to go old town they have good spots...
Very weathered property. A large resort hotel, rooms with noticeable wear, but still decent. Room cleaning decent. Front desk staff and overall customer service was poor, not sure they care with so many guests. Breakfast was adequate. Main draw of this hotel is sea views, and sea swimming. Overall 6 night stay was decent.
The location is great, you are able to find everything you need within the hotel. The staff does not speak properly English. I would recommend to eat outside off the hotel.
Lovely location, lovely staff, treated as royalty but just a couple of issues. Too few lifts for the amount of guests. And this is a 4 star. Buffet meals very generic, adequate if you’re hungry but not 5*
The step outside to go to restaurant should have a cover when it’s rain.
Very nice hotel
Lovely big rooms and fabulous spa and pool! However was given a room on the first floor which was very very noisy and children screaming in the lobby until 1am. Spa also needs a good clean and attention to detail, eating in a sauna spa is not healthy or nice!
