Rooms were lovely, we got a free upgrade which was a bonus. Rooms were clean and well equipped for our two night stay. Location was good, canal front and there is a public transport stop right at the hotel. Bar staff were hit and miss - Bengali barman was wonderful!! Staff at reception were helpful and relatively knowledgeable (we were told cash only for Gondola ride, however, this is not the case). We didn’t eat at the hotel so could not comment on food. Overall we really enjoyed our two night stay here.
