Nice hotel in a great location
A bit of time to check in as the checkin terminals were not allowing me access to the room but staff help get it sorted.

Potential to be great
Nearly great, but not quite. The room looks lovely and very very spacious, but no coffee facilities, the door of for the creaky bathroom wouldn’t shut. Overall it was just a bit thrown together without detail

It suited us well for our little break

Good for a 1 night stay
I got a good size room in the basement floor. Personally I found the bed not very comfortable. Not a fancy hotel, but alright for a night stay, clean and with a breakfast area in case of need.
Andrea, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Overall clean enough (but the floor of the room had a slight stickiness which is standard for the flooring they use) great location right next to underground, places close by for breakfast lunch and dinner. Would stay again for the location.

Perfect for a City Trip. You can Walk from there and the price for the room is very Good for London.
Adrian, 2-night trip

Great location and nice touches
Great location only a 2/3 minute walk to the tube, nice touches with coffee machines at the end of the hallways, 24h bar with great cocktails.
Luke, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Really enjoyed the hotel staff and the atmosphere!
Paul, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great breakfast and fun rooms, easy walking distance to places like Brick Lane and (slightly further) Tower Bridge/Borough Market (or even closer to tube/Elizabeth line if preferred). It's quite hands off in terms of staff interaction, but they were helpful when needed. We stayed as a couple and would happily return just us or with family.
Amy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was amazing and property is great. The area is vibrant and convenient to White chapel, East Algate and Aldgate tube stations. The original White Chapel for which the area is named is right next door too!
Todd, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Modern eclectic eco friendly hotel close to the tube. Nice big room and very comfortable queen bed in the standard double room. Lots of options for food nearby, even late. Self serve tea/coffee service on each floor was kind of awkward to have to leave the room, quite loud and was glad not to have a room near the machine. Wished I had a room with the dog photo behind the bed.
Standard double room

6/10 Good

Property was okay for the price paid. It did the job in acting as a place to rest. The bed was lumpy, we didn't use the other facilities such as shower as we were just there to sleep. Great price for London. Good local shops but the area felt unsafe
Sarah, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

We were able to check in early for a fee and leave our bags before and after checking in and out which was super convenient. As vegans, we enjoyed the food available and the short walk down the road to a vegan friendly convenience shop and cafe! A short walk over to the tube from the hotel as well so all in all we were happy with our stay!
Andrea, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very clean and well organised hotel. All you need really . Convenient for trendy and quirky East London vibes …
Enzo, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Was a bit apprehensive from outside area and reception but rooms were spot on for price point - would stay again - quiet clean and comfortable.
Sally, 1-night trip

Decent hotel but they try to kick you out at 11
I had no complaints, but the housekeeper came to knock on our door exactly at 11am. I've never stay anywhere where they try to kick you out immediately at check out time.

Lovely hotel. Everything you need at the property
Anthony, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Pretty good, and for the price I cant complain. However it is very noisy in the room, to the point where with the window closed you can hear word for word conversations outside
