Amazing location for tourist. The room itself was fantastic and had all the amenities one would need on business or leisure travel. Easy access to the mall for any shopping, entertainment, or dining. Subway station directed located by the area. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Bad-mannered concierge
We enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Premier Coex very much. However, there was 1 thing that the hotel needs to improve very much is the manner of the concierge at the drop-off counter. On the evening of Feb 13, our taxi got lost and we asked the guy at the counter inside the lobby (not the outside one) to talk on the phone with the driver, not only didn't he do anything, he yelled at the taxi driver and hung up. He also asked harshly at us why we booked a taxi via an app instead of the ordinary taxi in front of the hotel. It's our business! Very bad manner. He should not be in the position welcoming hotel guests anymore.

We stayed for 12 days and really enjoyed the spacious unit. The hotel staffs are also very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to their guests’ needs. Location is convenient as it’s connected to COEX. Definitely will consider staying here again our next visit!
