Great hotel
Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, coffee, and bars. The fitness center was very clean and had tons of equipment! The only thing I didn’t love were the sheets, they were very scratchy.

One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed in for sure. Honestly, I would highly recommend dropping the “Our bottled water is only free for Hilton Honors members.” It is so tacky. A 20 cent bottle of water after paying $178 for a room is so pedestrian. I am a Hilton honors member but would almost hate to admit it if I was standing next to someone who wasn’t getting complimentary water because they weren’t a member. Giving complimentary water to any guest would be a nice touch and something they would remember positively. Apart from that I would definitely stay again.

Richmond Short Pump
I had a good stay. There was a slight hiccup with my check in, but was quickly resolved by the night clerk. Other than the toilet not flushing, I have no issues. I would visit Hampton Inn again.

After reserving a room with 2 queen beds when l arrived we were given a king room. When l questioned why l wasn’t given the room l reserved l was told that they were sold out. My email confirmation that l had printed confirmed that l had reserved a two queen room l was told it was because l booked through Expedia. No im sorry for the inconvenience. The person at the desk said you can just tell me if you would like to cancel or he reservation or not. He did nothing to try to help with my situation. Just that basically l shouldn’t have booked with Expedia.
Poor customer service to say the least.
