The staff were so nice and helpful. The location central, but busy. The breakfasts and breakfast service were great. The room was comfortable but the matress was hard. It could have used a memory foam topper. The lights in the room were inadequate. I needed to use a headlap to read. I'd say the lights were an issue; the room was dim. But overall I liked it alot.

The location of this hotel is amazing! So close to St. Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Easy walk to water buses and tons of great restaurants right outside the door.
