Arrived and as told no room was available…. Then told they can “upgrade” us.. they put us in a downgraded room that was absolutely filthy. The toilet had urine stains, counter had food crumbs, floor was dusty, mirror laying against a wall.

El hotel esta muy limpio, moderno. El shuttle desde el aeropuerto funciona muy bien (es un camion grande con un letreto chiquitito quebfice radisson) te cobran 5 euros por adulto solo por el regreso al aeropuerto. Si tienes tiempobde ir a la ciudad tomas un tren desde el aeropuerto por 5 euros a amsterdam centraal. Nuestra habitación tenia tina, los amenities son muy buenos. Habian 2 TV en el cuarto, pero no funcionaban de forma independiente.

Amazing Breakfast great staff
Upgrade room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast had lots of options and catered for Gluten free (Allergy) with staff understanding my wife’s needs. Staff at breakfast were super friendly and helpful going above and beyond. They also gave advice for transport to city centre.
