I stay at the Steigenberger every year due to the convenient proximity to Schiphol, the use of the shuttle every 30 min and just because it is a lovely hotel with all the amenities. This year however, there were so many flies in the restaurant/bar which really surprised me. Not sure why, as there are no animals in the immediate vicinity.
