A stylish split-level unit designed to exude retro charm, this spacious and comfortable rental is perfect for a party of up to 4 people looking for a central location in Downtown Toronto. The property is strategically located on Carlton and Church St, with the Eaton Centre Mall, a grocery store, 2 subway stations, and Ryerson university a stone's throw away. The unit is fully equipped with all you need for a short or long stay, including unlimited WiFi - just bring your suitcases!
My house is professionally managed, and we strive to make sure our guests experience a great stay. We try our best to accommodate early check ins, late check outs and any other special requests so long we can meet the request. We are able to answer any inquiries/questions instantly, as well as respond to any issues directly. Rest assured that we will try to accommodate you to the best of our abilities. Please note that this unit has stairs and may not be suited to those with mobility issues.
The house has a self check in feature, allowing guests to check in at any time, so do not worry if you are arriving late in Toronto, we are perfectly equipped to host you!
My house is designed as follows:
1\. After you have picked up the key from the lockbox, you enter the main door of the house. A private entrance leads to stairs up to the second floor and the unit itself. On your left is the large living room, overlooking McGill street. The living room has been thoughtfully furnished to provide a spacious gathering area. A smart TV is mounted above the fireplace, allowing you to enjoy entertainment such as Netflix and YouTube.
2\. To your right is the dining area, where you and your friends/family can gather over a meal. The dining table seats up to 6 people.
3\. Just past the dining area is the guest bathroom, which is fully stocked with cleaning supplies and products.
4\. Finally, the kitchen is on your far right. It is well-equipped with cutlery, utensils, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. All you need is a quick trip to Loblaws, a massive grocery store across the street, and some recipes to enjoy this kitchen!
5\. If you continue up the stairs to the 3rd floor, you reach the bedroom floor. The unit comes with 2 large bedrooms. There is a queen-sized bed and spacious closets in each bedroom.

Located in the Church Corridor area, access to public transportation is readily available at multiple nodes, 24/7 A&W; burgers are across the street as well as Greek, Italian and French restaurants! LITERALLY STEPS AWAY. Enjoy amenities from dining and entertainment to shopping and cafes, there is no shortage of available resources within close proximity. You are steps away from College Station, one of Downtown's most accessible subway stations. The unit is right across the street from several English learning schools, malls, Ryreson University and grocery stores. Everything you need is easily accessible on foot, such as restaurants, bars, grocery stores and the Eaton Centre.
* Please note that supplies (eg toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent etc) provided in the unit are sufficient to last the guests for the first few days of their stay

* Supplies can be easily purchased from nearby convenient stores or supermarkets if needed
