Very nice to stay in this quality hotel. With exception to the one problem we encountered with air port picking up. Need more clarity on when and where to pick up arrivals. We waited at door c13 for over 30 minutes. Then found out we have to go to door g34 to be picked up.

Beware!
This hotel tries to gather as much data from you as possible, then sends it to their US head office and uses it to spam your email relentlessly. Who knows what else they're doing with it? When I was asked for my driver's licence, they proceeded to copy my home address and personal information before I knew what they were doing, then asked for my phone number! I refused to give my phone number and the clerk got angry. The very next day and every other day since, I've gotten spam emails from them pushing all sorts of nonsense. At the bottom of those emails it says I need to write an actual PAPER letter to them in order to unsubscribe to the frickn spam! Does this sound honest to you??
