The rooms were clean although you could hear the motorway during the night at the back of the hotel as I was in room 302 Staff was very accommodating and friendly except the grumpy bloke at breakfast sitting on the Monday morning Breakfast was average to good…..the scrambled egg was not to my taste and looked off putting to start with and there was no option of fried eggs The warmers all the hot food was in made the hash browns soggy so on both mornings I did not have anything hot Bar closed at 10 o’clock on the Sunday night and I was asked to drink in reception and if I wanted anymore I could get room service but it was chargeable Like I say there was good and bad points but in general I enjoyed my stay Thanks Graeme

The hotel staff and amenities were great, as was the room. The carpets in our room were stained but they were very clean, as was the rest of the very spacious family room and bathroom. The gym has a lot of equipment, and our daughter loved the large swimming pool. Whilst the parking that I was told would be free over the weekend actually had a small charge (£5), that leisure centre that I was told carried a fee (£5) was actually included in our room rate. So everything balanced out. Overall a lovely hotel within reach of anywhere you’d want to go. Highly recommend.

Arrived at 2pm but told check in wasn't till 3pm. By 5pm we was still waiting to check into our room. We had to keep chasing up our room to be told it wasn't ready as it hadn't been cleaned yet. Shower in the room wasn't the most powerful. It was one of those where you had to do a jog to get wet. The room was clean and bed comfy.

A lovely building from the outside but disappointing inside. Check-in was self check-in done on tablets and no staff were present. The rooms are a decent size however they are dated, only have blinds and not curtains, they’re not very soundproof and the shower didn’t have much pressure. Breakfast selection was okay however I had to wait 20 mins for 3 fried eggs, despite it not being busy.
