Very noisy hotel where you get awoken repeatedly by either banging doors or the equally loud A34 which is adjacent. £12.50 to park in a hotel which is situated on an industrial estate is very poor and should be included in the price. Overall this felt like staying in the Temu version of Hilton Hotels.

Greeted with a £10 parking fee which was shocking. The hotel was clean and pleasant. The room was spacious but had to leave in the middle of the night as it was so noisy. Our room must have been near the bins as all we could hear was glass being clanking together and constant banging. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I booked a 2 night stay for my wife's birthday, everything was perfect. Thank you to Ellie for putting the balloons, champagne and roses in the room for me, and thank you to the chef who made 2 small cakes and served it on plate with a very elegantly written "happy birthday". The breakfast and dinner options were very tasty, all the staff were extremely friendly and we look forward to staying again soon!
