The staff is absolutely wonderful. The bellman, Thomas, was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is ideal. Close enough to walk to streetcar lines and the French Quarter but no street noise. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

Great boutique hotel
Hotel is in a great location. Walkable to the dome and also the French quarter. Our room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The reception staff was very nice and did a great job decorating the lobby for all of us Taylor Swift fans. The only bad comment I have is about a rude server in the cafe one morning. The woman the next morning was super sweet. I would stay here again.

I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally courteous and responsive to our requests. A few offs... room was a bit musty, but we got used to it; there was an accidental fire alarm after we were asleep; the a/c stopped working, but the staff fixed it as soon as we reported it. Overall, an excellent experience. I would stay here again. Convenient to streetcar stop and restaurants.

We had a fabulous stay! Opted for a pool view room instead of a balcony so that we could check in earlier (desperately needed a nap after our 5am flight). The staff was amazing and accommodating. The pool view was beautiful and exactly what we needed for those hot NOLA days!
