Worst hotel I’ve ever been

My check in was late at least 40 minutes and had to pay and extra £50 of deposit. When I finally got a room, my room was already being used by other couple. And I had to wait again to solve my problem but when I had another room I didn’t got a room with bathroom. The communication was really annoying and the place wasn’t nice. I don’t recommend it.

Really disappointed

Pictures of property not as described. There were no staff members on site. The codes to get in were ridiculous. This is not city centre of Liverpool. The rules are strict for a place which is filthy.the stairs to get into the building are a hazard. 1 bathroom between 4 rooms, the toilet wasnt attached to thr wall or floor.broken tiles in bathroom, wouldnt risk getting a shower there

Pleasant, value for money,

Booked for a visit to my dayghter who is studying in Liverpool so onlywanted a cheap bed for the night. Room was basic but clean and warm. Towels were supplied and managed to find a place to park in the street Be aware access is through a lane at rear of property and up quire a few stairs I had a few issues regarding the droosit and also access codes on the doors, all of which were followed up superbly by the owners which made me feel confident that any problems with my visit would be sorted out
