Convenient and cozy
The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was right next to the metro station and within walking distance (20 min) to the center of the city (Rossio Square). The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in early. We liked the first stay so much that we came back a few days later and stayed two nights before going back home.

We really liked the room. It was not very big, but it was very clean and we felt safe and comfortable. The shower floor was scuffed but it worked really well with instant hot water. We liked having the balcony and felt comfortable to leave the 5th floor bathroom window open all night for fresh air and there were no bugs at all.

Fantastic location, and very smart hotel. Comfy, large beds and well appointed bathroom. The staff were pleasant. My only slight complaint was I felt there were not enough hangers in the wardrobe. Overall a wonderful place which made getting to know lisbon a dream.
