Wet stay
Location was great and check in was smooth. Issues started happening the first night we were there. Water kept leaking from the ceiling of our bathroom- to the point where it looked like it rained, the toilet paper was soaked through, etc. We called down to the front desk, they said that someone was looking into it. But the situation was never resolved. This happened everyday in the bathroom, we'd return from our excursion and just expect that there would be water all over the place. Point of concern was when there was water dripping in the main room- on the wall of the bathroom divider. Again, we called the front desk, stopped at the front desk multiple times during our stay but nothing was done- Disappointed with that part of their customer service.

I want to warn people about this hotel. The room is tiny, no closets or bureau drawers. The AC is controlled by the front desk. I had to call everyday to get them temperature lowered. It’s located well but that’s the only positive.

Great boutique hotel in fantastic location! Room was clean and upgraded. The service was excellent and personable. They really put a huge effort into making sure that you were happy. Great Wifi! I would definitely stay there again.!

Very central hotel with lovely staff
Very central, helpful staff, decent breakfast and clean room. Only downside was a smell of damp in room and inside curtain had damp spots on them. Old building and bathroom with no window doesn’t help. We had the doors open all time we were in room to help with smell.

A 10/10 stay! The location was amazing, you were in walking distance of all the main sights. The breakfast was excellent with loads of choices of food and regularly topped up! The staff were also super friendly and welcoming. The rooms had everything you could have needed for a city break stay (super comfy beds and a lovely shower). I would highly recommend staying here!!!
