The location of the hotel was amazing, very convenient to everything and walking distance to point of interests. The room was spacious and clean, wifi was fast. The staff was friendly however, when I asked to book me a taxi for 3 am, she said she will do it but the early morning I checked out there was no taxi booked for me. The night staff was able to call a taxi, however, it will left a lasting impression. Will I go back or recommend this hotel, maybe but with precaution.

Overall, it was a very economically efficient way to spend our last night in Lisbon. The front desk staff was super helpful. We had to check out in the morning hours therefore we didn’t get our breakfast but they did get us coffee, which was wonderful. The room is very basic but clean. Perfect location

10/10 Exceptional

The room was smaller than expected and what is shown but we only slept in it and was out all day & evening. Friendly staff on reception but they don’t acknowledge or greet you when coming in the hotel or going out during the stay, clean rooms and maid service was in each day. Other than creeky floor boards and able to hear other guests passing the room, it was all ok, our room was located by the lift & at the top of the stairs though. Very central and just around the corner from Restauradores bus terminal, you can get the bus 722 or 744 each direction to and from the airport, only €2.30 each way. There is a supermarket underneath the hotel that serves fresh pastries & sandwiches & coffee, ideal for your breakfast and lunch before heading out for the day

Excellent location! Although an older hotel it was completely modernized and we appreciated how the space in our room was maximized. Very good communication with the hotel right from the start. Such. A beautiful part of Lisbon right at your doorstep. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is average but that’s reflected in the price. The breakfast is awful, don’t bother. However, the location is absolutely fab, very central and there’s a lovely mini market next door where you can get a few bits for the fridge available in the room.

Rooms were clean and upgrading evident. They were quite small especially the bathroom. Beds were good and the AC worked well.

8/10 Very good

Unfortunately a person in a nearby room either was on a computer or had the tv on extremely loud and we had to complain at 2:45am to reception, who sorted it out quickly thankfully. The lift was not working so staff carried our luggage up to our room. Excellent staff service. Room ok & clean
