Mediocre Hotel in Great Location
There are both good and bad things to be said about this hotel. Of the good things - people working reception were nice and accommodating, the rooms were clean and the beds nice. There was AC and the hotel is in a great location, especially if you plan to take day trips out of Lisbon. However, there are quite a few things to take note of: 1) the electricity in the room is only on when your card is in the reader on the inside of the room - a good energy saving measure for sure - but it also includes the mini fridge, so one either needs 2 cards (one to keep in the reader 24/7) or no intention of using the mini fridge outside of hours you’re in the room 2) the bathroom layout (at least in our room) was pretty bad; There was barely any space or storage for toiletries except a very tiny shelf that held almost nothing. Hooks were placed in odd spots so that anything hung on them would’ve rendered the rest of the towel rack unusable. Additionally, there were no hand towels or hand towels hooks, and they kept taking and not replenishing the towels I put on the makeshift hook. There were minor signs of overall age and disrepair, but nothing very concerning.

The Inn is very dirty. Reception was unhelpful and unwelcoming. Did not even lift his head. Very rude. The room was falling apart. Dirty and not up to date. The hallway carpeting almost made me run. The area is incredibly loud and this overlooks two major bars that went on until 4. The air-conditioning needs a card to turn on and all the lights as well. This wasn’t explained. We asked for another card so we could come back to a cool room as it was 100 outside and 110 inside. Really uncomfortable stay. Needs a huge update.

Stay far, far away. NOT GOOD for many reasons.
Room was small - *not at all* like pictures. Room was musty, carpet was filthy, water pressure non-existent and took 5 minutes to get hot water. Concierge had no idea where anything (even as simple as a metro station literally 200m away) was. Worst part was the safe in the room had no key to lock, and all our cash missing after I checked out - clearly there is a thief on staff. Cannot recommend - while close to sites and transport, find another place to stay.
