Loved this hotel - just wish we were staying longer. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly. The kids loved the complimentary ice cream machine and table of sweet treats in the lobby area. We booked a family room which was nice & spacious with 2 bedrooms / bathrooms and nice little touches in the rooms. We will definitely return when we next visit Lisbon.

This is easily the best hotel we have stayed in during all our travels. Well located for access to the old downtown. Walking tours daily run by the hotel for a quick guide of a portion of the old city. A great intro. Make sure you book the breakfast as part of your stay. Great spread of tasty food. Incredible spread. Staff are sooo helpful! Never experienced anything like it.Rooms clean and well maintained. This hotel is a gem.

Great place in a great location. Easy to walk everywhere. The staff were helpful and friendly and warm. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Best place in Lisbon in my opinion. Absolutely fantastic hotel which is really made by the excellent staff - I've never experienced such exceptional service.
