Nice place for family with young kids
Service was outstanding from the time we checked in. Staff in the lobby and at the restaurants were friendly and patient. Rooms were nice but it was very easy to hear sounds in adjacent rooms and kids running in hallways.

Disappointed
Stay was great BUT we chose this hotel because it advertised electric car charging capability. It had multiple chargers directly facing reception but of the three chargers installed two were occupied all evening and overnight by non electric vehicles. I notified reception and the response was that customers ignore the signs. Surely this is something they should police.

Directions getting us to the Hotel were odd, we couldn't find an actual address. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the Hotel and what it had to offer. Instant coffee in the room was a disappointment. Aside from that it was good ...we would stay again!
