The apartment was great and the reception staff were very welcoming. Our issue was with other people staying in apartments in the building, noisy, ringing our door bell & smoking in their room.

great for a family
The apartment was nice but when I looked at this on line it said there was an elevator in the hotel. But there wasn't anything in the listing that said the bedrooms were on the second level and that there were only stairs to reach the second level of the apartment. It makes it extremely difficult for handicap persons, which we are.

Amazing stay conveniently located near main shopping areas and not far from the main features of Killarney National Park. Reserved an apartment and that is exactly what we got. Unexpectedly big and comfortable, with more amenities than we could use with our short stay. Would love staying here again for a longer period of time.
