The hotel is in immaculate condition and you can tell how much care and thought has been put into the refurbishments. The communal areas are gorgeous and the bedrooms are stunning whilst also being extremely modern with every extra you can think of (think Dyson hairdryers, clothes steamers, modern aircon and light controls). But what really made our stay were the staff, each was somehow friendlier and more helpful than the last and it made our short stay really special. From the valet and concierge, to the spa which was so welcoming, and the housekeeping and waiting staff who were so kind and proactive without being invasive. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The entire resort was in impeccable condition and every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. This may have been my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in while traveling. Situated in the heart of town, the staff really went above and beyond to accommodate our large party that included 4 small children. Luxurious yet elegantly casual, we felt right at home. Sometimes a 5 star resort can come up short however this hotel was fantastic in every way! The included breakfast was over the top delicious and the town was fantastic! I would give this property my highest marks!
