The lead up to and check in, emails and telephone calls in process of booking and checking in was very stressful and left us uncertain whether we had a reservation or had paid twice as Expedia had already confirmed we had been charged .Reception would not listen . This has never occurred with any previous reservation I have made worldwide. Pity because restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception was unreasonably aggressive

Considering the price/level of the hotel, lack of a coffeemaker in the room was a surprise. Second time we've stayed there and I would stay again.
