Reception staff and luggage guys were super friendly, asked twice for an ashtray for my balcony that never appeared, at breakfast had to ask three times to get a coffee, hotel is spotless and a good choice at breakfast which was actually hot, outside pool very cold, overall a lovely place to stay even if a little overpriced

This was an amazing place to stay .Location was perfect within easy walking to the beautiful marina, restaurants and the beach .We have been to Vilamoura several times but this hotel was something special. The staff were extremely kind and helpul .We hope to return to the Tivoli soon.

Just returned from this hotel. Was very surprised to find the main pool and kidd pool where closed and they where building works taking place from 8am to 6pm every day. This information should of been clear before i booked

Out of this world!
Excellent hotel but the pool area was closed and notification given to us! They do have another pool area but it’s not staffed so you can’t even get a water! The beach is what sells it! Amazing! BUT as the pool area is closed you have to walk alllll around to get to the beach! Staff were excellent! Like beyond excellent! Food was super too!

Okay stay expected more
Spa facility & indoor pool really poor and dated. Little choice for food if you didn’t want to leave hotel (pouring down with rain) no restaurant open in hotel itself, had to walk to beach. Breakfast buffet but hotel staff serve hot drinks which is a annoying when you have to wait or try and get someone’s attention to request this. They then request this from someone else - silly! One small coffee served at a time :( I like my coffee so this was a big issue. Allow people to get their own. Tables right by cleaning station, not where you want to be sat! Plates banging about first thing isn’t my idea of a relaxing breakfast.
