Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Brilliant location. We paid extra for a sea view. We were positioned at the front of hotel facing a road and the huge Hotel Tivoli directly facing us. The sea was at the very left of the balcony, you couldn’t sit and look at it, had to stand and turn. Breakfast was nice although busy. Tea and coffee really poor. ☹️ The staff at breakfast were fantastic and worked really hard! The hotel room toilet doors were shutter type with big gaps. Very little privacy! Not enough sun loungers. People left towels on all day with long periods without them on them and the hotel didn’t do anything about it. Quite frustrating. Room, pool area and restaurant nice and clean.

Great location on the beach and 5 minute walk to the harbour with restaurants and bars. The hotel is big with 2 adult pools and a kids pool. The pool is busy but nice to relax in. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold food available. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. Air con was great as the weather was starting to get hot. I felt it was a little pricey for 3 nights. Also I booked a sea view and my room was located more to the side facing the hotel and harbour more with the sea to the left. I would have labelled the room as partial sea view. It’s a solid hotel to stay at.

Fabulous stay. Room was lovely. Very clean, good size, amazing sea view! The small kitchen area in the room was somewhat of a surprise! (If we had to be picky, an electric kettle would have been useful) Communal areas- pool area, gardens etc were well maintained. Breakfast was great. Good variety, and fresh. The omelette and egg lady was skilled! All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

We had to leave our original hotel /resort of Albufeira as it was completely unsuitable -so booked this one at last minute -it stood out as being completely accessible, staff are really welcoming and helpful -it is a few hundred yards from the most beautiful beach complete with beach restaurant, beds and good restaurants nearby. The Breakfast Room is excellent with great buffet selection - all round -highly recommended!
