Fabulous Stay
All of the staff were wonderful! Very welcoming and friendly, at all times, especially Mohit who checked us in on the first night of our stay! The drinks were astounding and the rooms were very well kept and comfortable! The only slight downside was that the room was incredibly hot, even with the aircon on full so it was a little hard to get to sleep, bur aside from that everything was astounding!

Rip Off Hotel do not stay …
Really bad hotel, do not stay here. It’s very tired, the spa feels like a run down leisure centre. When we arrived we parked out the front where we were told to by a hotel employee. When then checked in and handed over our keys. When we came to check out they wanted £85 for one night of car parking !!! No one had said anything the day before which I pretty sure is illegal. I assumed it would be £20 fee at most there were no other cars there.. I now know why. The manage I spoke to said it was a council charge. No signs no information which if was a council parking spot there would have been. I have left Amex to deal with but my advice is stay away
