Displeased
The hotel is very nice but our room was not clean in the hard to reach areas that I always check. Such as the baseboards by the beds. I also booked this hotel for the pool as the kids were looking forward to this amenity. I was displeased to find out the pool was closed for maintenance our entire stay and nowhere was this mentioned before booking or even at the counter checking in. I feel completely mislead because of this and the hotel has failed to respond to this issue in any manner that is reasonable.

Best Hotel Ever
This was a wonderful hotel close to Disneyland and service was exceptional. Staff and house keeping wonderful . Would stay here always and highly recommend to family and friends 😀

We were charged for parking at whooping 70 dollars per night which js a lot and wasn't communicated in advance . It was a surprise charge Other than that it was fine but nothing much for the price paid

Great stay gray staff
The manger Daniella was superb, made checking in a wonderful experience. There was a gentleman at night who was also spectacular. Matt from the bar on the 11 th floor was welcoming and made great drinks. All the staff in the executive lounge were fabulous. The house cleaning staff were super nice also.
