Luxurious hotel in center city
It isn’t in the best location in the city, as there a drug tents within two blocks of the hotel, which typically meant that homeless people were wandering around outside in front of or very near to the hotel. It is close to the trolley and the Big Bus Tour stop which is nice and convenient. Other than shopping though, you really aren’t very close to many of the typical tourist attractions in the city. We paid for an ocean view, but that was mostly obstructed by other skyscrapers in the city. The hotel was great in terms of comfort and cleanliness, so I don’t have anything to report in relation to those things. You got what you expected.

Great experience
It was a great stay. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful from the moment I pulled up for valet. We had a big block booked for a work conference and will highly consider this hotel again for the next one.

ELEVATORS
Our stay was very enjoyable, the only problem were the elevators. At times we would wait for 15 to minutes to pick us up, we did use the stairs one morning from the 21st floor down to the lobby. Other than that it was a great stay.
