Amazing find
Amazing place to stay in Manchester just off Deansgate. Not many rooms which made it feel a bit more special. Service was excellent, rooms clean and well appointed with a fab breakfast made to order. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance.

Really comfortable place to stay
We stayed in a room in the basement room was really nicely decorated. Very comfortable and quiet. Bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great! Fabulous shower and toiletries. Breakfast was really tasty, cooked really well. Would definitely a stay here.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel but breakfast service was disappointing
The hotel was very nice, the staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary drinks, snacks and toiletries were good. Unfortunately we didn’t realise there was a switch for a light behind the fake window which meant we kept waking up seeing light from behind the curtains making us think it was morning. We only realised in the morning there was a light switch to turn the light off. The times for breakfast were quite late, 8:30-10:30. We would normally like to have breakfast a little earlier. We went down for breakfast at 8:25 ready for 8:30, there was a long wait to get a drink, then a long wait to order breakfast and a long wait for the food to be served. The food was nice but some of it had been sat a while, the poached eggs were solid and rubbery. We had a train to catch so ended up having to quickly eat breakfast and rush for our train. All in all it was a really nice place to stay in a good location with friendly staff, it was the breakfast that let it down. We would return but if we had an early train would probably skip breakfast.

Beautiful, highly recommended
Wonderful city centre location, slightly away from the chaos of Piccadilly and the Christmas markets. Beautiful decor, a big comfortable room with a bath, friendly attentive service and the breakfast was sublime making the stay excellent value for money. Only negatives were: the bar was closed in the evenings and although I put up the “do not disturb” sign, my room was cleaned and towels replaced. Minor issues though.

No residents bar open after 10 …
It was ok. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. However, when I got back after visiting family I was told the bar was closed for a private function but I could use the mimi bar … it contained only wine or water …

Great central luxury stay
Great location, really central. Gorgeous looking place and the welcome from all the staff brilliant. The room is exactly like the pictures, comfy and a bit of luxury. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, biscuits, crisps and toiletries. Roll top bath, powerful shower and comfy bed with nice lighting. Breakfast was included, made to order and really tasty, plus unlimited tea and coffee. This is a fabulous hotel in a great location. The only thing we didn't like was the noise overnight- we could hear the extractor fan and then eg the next room running water or their toilet flushing which disturbed our sleep. Some better insulation between rooms would resolve this. We couldn't fault the rest of the stay however and we would stay again.

Incredible stay
Had an absolutely incredible stay! Every staff member I met were so nice and helpful. Everything in the room was to a high standard, and I was guaranteed a good night sleep. The breakfast as well is not one to miss, it may be one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. The location is ideal as well.

Beautiful place
We booked a stay here as we were going to the Christmas markets. What a beautiful place. Staff really helpful, polite and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms are in the basement which i was initially worried about, but no need. Lovely large room it had everything we needed. Will certainly be staying again.

Historic building
An old Masonic Lodge building where the hotel section & restaurant cover the lower 2 floors whilst the rest is still a Masonic Lodge with function rooms etc Room was themed & nicely done in keeping with the buildings historic nature. Only issue really was breakfast didn't start until 8.30am by which time I am long gone.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and the room was very cosy and nicely decorated. It’s in a perfect location as it’s within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and bars that Manchester has to offer. The breakfast choices were also great and the only downside was that we couldn’t try them all as they all looked so good! We’ll definitely be booking Manchester Hall again whenever we are back in Manchester for the evening!

Amazing hotel, highly recommend!!
Beautiful hotel. Service was great and nothing was a bother during our stay, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Room which was a nice surprise! The hotel room was nice and clean and ambient lighting was perfect for a couples night away. Bath in the bed room was also a nice bonus. I had the cooked breakfast and my partner had the salmon and poached eggs which we both rated very highly and unlimited refills of tea/coffee was perfect. Location of hotel was great, only a short walk to plenty of restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to Arnold Centre for shopping. Would highly recommend and will be staying again next time we visit Manchester!

Great stay apart from one thing.
Experience overall was great, warm welcome by reception staff and escorted to our room which was a nice touch. However the only negative point was a strong smell of sewage coming from the toilet so the toilet door has to be kept shut at all times.
