Staff had very little local knowledge
Very satisfied with property and staff. Maps of the area could be provided Directions to hotel should be provided with booking conformation Displays with breakfast times could be advertised around the hotel Nice open buffet Wifi very good Complimentary teas and coffees
My stay as amazng
Beds comfy, pillows grand but only 1 per person. Shower pressure good. Shower door, not for shy people(glass shower door, completely on view) separate toilet (as much space as a loo under the stairs) Lino floor in room could have done with a mop (My socks got filthy)
Cool
The room is a little bit small but just as expected. The team is amazing, they are always with a smile trying to help you. Breakfast at Covid times a little bit different, but really worths. For us, a short walk distance from centre, around 20 / 30 minutes.
Exactly what you pay for, no frills budget hotel but still with a modern touch. Good for a 1 night stay. Clean and easy to check in. The only negative is that the IGH company should consider plastic-free toiletries.
Stayed for 7 nights and on 4th night asked for and was told room would be cleaned bedding changed and towels replaced none of the above happened
Great cheap hotel
Clean and comfortable Near to the city centre Nice location car park available in the same road for 6 £/day
