The staff on reception have been particularly helpful. Had an accident, not at the hotel, resulting in fractures of the Ulna & Radius. My arm is in a plaster cast & sling and useless even for minor day to day tasks. Restaurant staff too have been nice-even getting my foot cut up as my mother did when I was a child.
