Everything was super clean and friendly staff. It was muggy in the room and the AC didn't seem to cool that well. Everything else was nice. Great location, walk to a lot of shopping and dining.
Great central location for a visit to D.C. Staff is friendly and helpful. NOTE: During pandemic most amenities unavailable...no hot breakfast or coffee available on-site. Bag breakfast...bar/restaurant closed and no room service. Just be aware for comparison purposes...people are used to these items at Embassy Suites.
Excellent hotel and excellent staff, can’t wait to come back.
My parents and I got bed bug bites from staying at this hotel. I would not recommend this it was not a pleasant stay. I also got an allergic reaction in the room to where my eye completely was swollen.
convenient location although all amenities shutdown for covid
My stay was great! The only negative is when I arrived they had not received my reservation through Expedia (and could not use my confirmation email). I had to call Expedia and wait 30 or more minutes before the desk clerk put it in the system. It was late and I was tired so that was upsetting. Other then that everything was great!
I was thinking highly of Embassy and from the pictures presented, I couldn’t wait to get to the room. We arrived and got to the room and it was not what I expected at all. It was spacious which was nice but the bed was hard. Sheets looked dingy. In addition to there being hair in our sheets. Sadly we cancelled the reservation and decided to stay elsewhere. Also I wasn’t pleased with parking being $32 a day
The sheets was a Little dingy There were still food crumbs on the carpet from someone else’s prior to us. In the pandemic we should be extremely sensitive in detail and cleaning. But the overall stay was great
Stay was great and staff was friendly and helpful.
Supposedly sanitized, long hairs in shower, dirty residue on tabletops, fridge dirty, shower wouldn’t drain. Hilton going down big time. Went to “sanitized” room in Greenbelt at Hilton Garden Inn and found big bag of garbage tucked beside bed. Used to love Hilton, done with them now. Always trusted Embassy Suites and now they stink.
