Our room was perfect. Everything was clean and new. Loved the space, bedroom separate from the living space. Pool and grounds nice and clean! Staff were very friendly too. Definitely will stay again! Location was great too. Close to Disney Springs, parks and restaurants.

8/10 Very good

The room was nice and well maintained. There were some huge bugs in our first room, but the hotel moved us to a different room and we had no further issues. We slept comfortably and the hotel was close to Disney Springs and only a few miles from Universal.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonesta Buena Vista! The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and conveniently located. Joel, the manager, was fantastic—extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. Julieta was also wonderful and made sure we felt well taken care of. Their exceptional service and genuine hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

6/10 Good

The room was clean, the layout of the rooms was ok. The bathroom and shower/tub was very tight and not well tought out. On our departure day we found a dead roach on the kitchenette floor. No other vermin/insects were seen during our stay. Overall it was good value for the price and the facility is well located in relation to parks and other attractions.

6/10 Good

Good, spacious room with two en-suite bathrooms; the appliances are in need of an upgrade—they are very old and not at all practical to use. We stayed on the third floor, which is accessible only via an outdoor staircase; this wasn't an issue for me, but it might be difficult for others.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed here during our visit to Orlando for our Anniversary. It started at check-in where they had a plate of cookies waiting for us during check-in. They were tasty. Outside of that, we were only in the room for sleeping, having a busy theme park schedule during the 4 nights we stayed. Our only issue was with the layout of the bathroom in our room. The door to the bathroom barely had enough room to close as it was very close to the toilet. Other than that, everything else was great during our stay.
