Pros: Large, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with giant, jetted tubs. Full kitchen, comfy couch, tons of tv channels. Nice, quiet property very close to Disney, Formosa Winery, and a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. Loved the privacy of two separate bedrooms and the screened patio. Cute little rabbits on the paths and a nice gazebo and pool, plus a beautiful lake. Cons: Check-in says 4pm on the site, 3pm in the confirmation message sent by the property. We arrived at 3:30pm with frozen and fresh groceries in the car, in Florida, in July. We were told our room wasn't ready. We went to the closest restaurant. At 4:45pm, we called and were told our room still wasn't ready. We asked why, were put on hold, then given a room. Not sure what happened there, but we hadn't budgeted for a restaurant that day. No apology was offered, which would have gone a long way.

Room was clean and honestly nicer than described which was a plus. Kitchen was stocked well. Parking was super easy and convenient. From the road the hotel doesn't look like much but once your inside the calmness and peace you feel (HITS). Basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, corn-hole, walking trail. So peaceful. Great balconies and pool with plenty to do near by (Lots of food options) and tons of nature and wildlife to enjoy on property. We will definitely be back....

The room isn’t modernized, but it is great for what you need - full suite (full suite, separate bedroom). Had a nice big whirlpool tub. I liked that the bedroom faces the back side of the property and not the busy road, so there was no road noise. Overall a nice affordable option to stay near the Disney parks

NOT SAFE FOR TRAVELERS with young kids. One of the room has a door that was giving directly outside on the parking along the street. But there is no locks on the door that is kids proof. No chains or other locks that prevent young kids to go out without supervision. The managers didn’t want to help me with this problem. The second bedroom was the only way for us to go on our balcony. So giving this room to kids means no possibility for us to go on our balcony except disturbing the youngers while they are sleeping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place if you travel with your childs. The listing also mentioned RENOVATED units, the manager told me I was in one of them. I can guess it has been renovated 8-10 years ago, not recently since it was very old inside…… :(
