Very impressed with the size of the rooms for the price, it was great to have so much space, it really made the holiday special. The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the scrambled eggs which were the best I've ever had! Plenty of comfortable seating for breakfast. Nice decor throughout. Excellent location and a beautiful building. Large television. Beds were amazing, so comfy! Really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back. Excellent value and would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

The staff are very friendly from reception to the staff at breakfast. Room was clean I think extractor fans are needed in the bathroom. The lift was out of action for our visit. We only stayed for one night on this occasion. Any more nights with no lift would have been awkward. Good choice at breakfast. Thank you to all staff

Breakfast was great and stuff at hotel were lovely and accommodating. Location good too. Cleanliness was poor. My 2 adult children were very excited to see we had a spa bath which they enjoyed but very disappointed with black jet sprays filled with dirt and bubbles ended up being tinged with dirt. I also placed some jeans to dry out on the corner of the wardrobe and when removed the jeans were caked in a vast amount (years worth) of dust. The cups and teabags had not been checked prior to previous visitor as empty teabag and used milk container and teaspoon and mug in the wardrobe where these wee strangely stored. A shame as could be a really lovely hotel

Unique decor and quite an experience. The shower and soaking tub combo without a shower curtain was interesting; the showerhead was not actually secured to the ceiling, and the water never did get warmer than lukewarm. The carpets could sure use a good cleaning; felt like it was best to just keep socks on to walk around. The air conditioning was nice. They also secured our luggage since we arrived too early for check in. It was fine for a single night, but not sure that I’d stay there again.
