8/10 Very good

Very nice check in process, staff helpful, clean and safe rooms, I booked two rooms for party and both rooms had very, very slow draining tubs. Staff made a good effort to accommodate early check in with no additional charge.

10/10 Exceptional

This hotel was very nice, modern and clean. The staff were pleasant. The room was in great shape and the beds were comfortable. The courtyard area was a nice plan to relax. Pool was clean. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Universal City Walk, which was super convenient. We did not patronize any of the food places therefore cannot speak to that.

The staff were amazing! The room was spacious. Great location to Universal Studios. They even have a free shuttle to the parks. Nice warm cookies available anytime. Hot whirlpool to relax in after a long day of walking. Was able to check bags on arrival and immediately hopped on shuttle to Epic Universe since rooms were not available yet. Will book again in the future!
