Easy online check in and digital key made our late arrival easy as can be! Upon arrival, we were offered free water, which was awesome! Comfortable bed, easily accessible room and basic comforts. Breakfast was decent in the morning, loved the bake to serve omelet option. All staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

Not the usual quality of other Embassy Suites we have stayed at. Sheers in main area on the left side half off the rod. Popcorn behind the couch from previous guest. In the bedroom an empty water bottle from a previous guest. When we checked out and I shared this information the desk staff was dismissive. Property in general has been well used and needs improvement.

Throughout our stay, they were consistently helpful and friendly, especially when we requested additional towels and linens. While the room itself showed signs of age and had a noticeable musty odor, the property offered some notable positives, including a clean, spacious pool and a convenient location near the airport.

Toilet was dirty. They also charged me with the parking . Your side said that it was parking free. You have to fix this for other customers. If you are traveling you pay for the night and for the parking. Next time I would park at the airport parking.

This hotel has a problem with the heating, could not put the heat up and was roughly between 62-64 fahrenheit and could not get warm. Room was weirdly laid out with couch facing the wrong direction and it was stained and dirty. Chair seat for ''desk'' was completely caved in a unable to be used... Hotel needs some attention
