I can say i felt safe in the area surrounding the hotel. An outdoor mall was right across the street. It was a restaurant connected to the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel was clean and confortable. Just need some minor repairs. I would stay again.

When we arrived, we were notified that all power, lights, water etc would be unavailable from midnight to 5 AM that night due to some repairs that needed to be done by the city. No compensation was offered.

Friend and I got tix to see the Smithereens at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts and this hotel fit the bill perfectly! Jameson’s Charhouse (excellentl!) is located in the hotel and concert venue is literally less than a minute walk right next door. Free parking. Didn’t have to drive anywhere once we arrived. Check-in was a breeze and you can’t beat the warm cookies they give you. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever get to see a show there again. Old Orchard mall (LLBean, Crate & Barrel, Maggiano’s) is right across the street if shopping and Italian food is your thing.

The room was clean, nice and very quiet. The shower is very large and clean with excellent water pressure. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I could change anything I would say the hallways need to be a bit brighter.

We always enjoy staying here when the cost is reasonable. the location to our family in Evanston is the best and we love the whole area with shopping and restaurants. Plus the staff is always nice.
