Communication and proper notice
While we were in our room, we heard somebody was moving our door knob. We asked who it was and the respond was maintenance changing out the battery in the door knob. We were never informed about that maintenance. It was scary because we did not know. Management should inform us before doing this maintenance to avoid suspicion of intruders.
