The air conditioner didn’t work, the room was dirty, dust everywhere, looked like someone cut their hair on the bed before, just nasty. The front desk people where nice at least, don’t recommend this hotel.

Would Not Return Any Time Soon
Within 5 minutes of us being in our room an employee walked in without knocking. The TV had been on, and they strolled in with a cup of coffee while looking at their cell phone, so they may have been using our room for their break. They said they were "checking the room", but said it with so little conviction it was hard to believe them. The room's AC broke while we were there (3-4 floors were being renovated, may have been related, wasn't the only room affected). Called to let the front desk know, and that we were headed out to dinner, they said ok. Came back to find ceiling tiles taken down and strewn about, and still no AC. Now 11pm, we called asking what was going on, and they said they'll move us. The bellhop came and helped us with our bags, and then brought us to another room. He keyed us in, and upon entry we noticed that there was stuff already in the room, because it was already spoken for; we were keyed in to someone else's room. They then upgraded us to a full-on suite for our final 30hrs of stay. As we were packing up the morning to catch our flight (~8am), we once again had an employee key into our room without notice. At this point we had taken to deadbolting and chaining the door, so they didn't make it in, but the door was unlocked, opened, blocked, and then closed, all without a word from anyone on the other side. So AC issues, and three unannounced intrusions in a four day stay. Seems like they're not keeping track of which rooms are occupied.

Checkin was easy. Everyone was super friendly. Lobby is beautiful. We like the glass elevators. Room is very nice and very clean. We will stay here again.
